I believe that you have the ability to take control over your mind, body, and soul to overcome from whatever obstacles that life has thrown at you. I enjoy working with individuals in all age groups, such as children, adolescents, and adults. My experience includes grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self-empowerment, and family and couples counseling. I have additional experience with art and play therapy, and the Gottman method.
My passion and focus are to help you be the best version of yourself and find healing. My therapeutic approach is empathetic, and empowering. I utilize different methods and techniques to meet your needs, while maintaining a solution – focused approach.
