I am an eclectic, holistic, and intuitive therapist. My work fuses the classical with the alternative as I draw on the wisdom of diverse healing art forms. Somatic embodiment, creativity, yogic philosophy, energetic anatomy, mindfulness, meditation, self-inquiry, flower essences, and essential oils are some examples influencing my healing work.
I work with various individual and relationship issues including, but not limited to: sexual functioning, sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, co-dependency, intimacy, conflict, communication, heartbreak, loneliness, grief, loss, identity, life transitions, and spiritual awakenings such as through Kundalini.
