Life is hard, and everyone needs support at one time or another. If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, tough relationships, or difficult transitions, you're not alone. I have worked with individuals and families to effect positive change in their lives. I look at problems through a systemic lens, which means I will never look at you as if you're the problem. The problem is the problem, not you. I take into account the context of the situation, and work together with individuals and families to heal and create functional and healthy relationships with one another. I have worked with clients who have felt stuck, who have struggled with issues of self-worth and esteem, and those who have just wanted to come and feel heard by another person.

I know it's hard to ask for help. It might even be scary, and that's okay. In many cases, feeling scared may be the first step in an amazing journey of growth and new opportunities.
