I came into the field of counseling to work closely with individuals who are wanting the help of a licensed counselor to come along side them to navigate all of life’s challenges, changes, and obstacles, while providing support in an open and non-judgmental space in shaping and reaching their own personal short and long-term goals.
I am currently completing EMDR Training. I offer a trauma-informed environment and care approach to working alongside individuals in therapy.
