Together, we create a supportive space where you can process your experiences, better understand your patterns, and begin to reconnect with yourself.
I help individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety, and the impact of narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships. Many of my clients experience intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, and feel stuck in unhealthy patterns. I use evidence-based approaches, including ERP and CBT, to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more in control.
