I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2011 and I am a LADC (Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor). I have helped individuals transform their lives by teaching them effective coping skills. I help clients identify behavioral patterns that prevent them from progressing. I help them increase self-care, self-esteem, self-worth and ways to add value to their lives. Throughout the therapy experience clients learn to implement healthy boundaries, increase communication skills and add mindfulness techniques to their daily routine.
I specialize in substance abuse issues, trauma (PTSD), ADHD, ODD, anger management, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, wellness and work/ life balance. The methods used are Person's Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Reality Therapy. I have worked with state court related programs.
