I am a mental health professional certified in TF-CBT, trained in Internal Family Systems, Grief Informed therapy, and Anger management. I commonly use mindfulness exercises, behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and role-playing. I pride myself on meeting you where you are and sitting in moments of uncertainty.
