I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts with experience working with individuals and groups seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and grief, life transitions, alcohol/drug dependency, and reintegration of ex-offenders back into society. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH, and received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William James College in Newton, MA.
I utilize person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused approaches while recognizing and adapting to the unique needs of my clients. I remain flexible to provide the best care to meet your specific needs.
