I specialize in women whose obligations have taken over their sense of identity, want to get to know themselves, and feel comfortable about the direction that their life is headed. To help you on this journey, I provide individual, group, or family therapy utilizing approaches such as EMDR, CBT, Brainspotting & Trauma-Focused CBT.
