As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer a compassionate space where healing begins through connection. My approach, AEDP, is grounded in the belief that lasting change happens not just through insight but through feeling seen, felt and understood in relationship.
I work with people who have PTSD, depression and anxiety, help them to feel more comfortable in their bodies so that they can build healthy relationships. I am also trained through the WPATH to provide gender affirming care to teens and adults.
