I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant, and HAES-aligned therapist, speaker and author. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, body dysmorphia, trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, self esteem, interpersonal difficulties & phase of life issues.
I enjoy working with clients in private practice. I have experience working in higher level of care settings and guiding families through the recovery process. I am an ally and stand in solidarity with individuals in the LGBTQ+ and other vulnerable communities.. I hold service, advocacy, and social justice in high regard.
