After working in the public school system for 27 years, I help children and parents navigate school and life experiences. I work with teens experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and more. I work with athletes, getting their head back in the game. I am available to consult with parents going through challenging times with their child as well as diagnosis and evaluation process with schools and navigate the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which has shown to help in areas of depression, anxiety and much more.
