"Disordered" eating, Quarter-life-crisis, social anxiety, creative-blocks, Relational Trauma, depression, fear and anxiety are my specialties. I am also a fully licensed MFT in the great state of Texas!
In my practice I work with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and mother/daughter relationships. I have had success helping to heal issues of depression, anxiety, chronic pain, obsessive worry, relationship issues, and addictive behaviors. I specialize in Relational Trauma and I am passionate about helping you heal and live a more fulfilling, happy life.
It is common to feel lost and financially fearful as a young adult. I have had much experience and am quite effective treating individuals struggling with moving into adulthood. Defined as "Quarter Life Crisis," is a period of anxiety, uncertainty and inner turmoil that often accompanies the transition to adulthood.

The objectives of the group include a safe space to understand one's relationship to these endeavors and reclaim your time and energy in service to having a fulfilling, fun, joyful life.
