In my practice I work with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and mother/daughter relationships. I have had success helping to heal issues of depression, anxiety, chronic pain, obsessive worry, relationship issues, and addictive behaviors. I specialize in Relational Trauma and I am passionate about helping you heal and live a more fulfilling, happy life.

Defined as "Quarter Life Crisis," is a period of anxiety, uncertainty and inner turmoil that often accompanies the transition to adulthood.
