In life, we all experience trauma and stress that cause us to feel stuck. As a therapist I understand that healing is a process that involves a mind-body-spirit approach to treatment. Therapy is an opportunity to honor our truth and to work through the resistance and fear that hold us back from achieving personal growth. My office is an accepting and non-judgmental environment that welcomes everyone of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
My theoretical approach is both person-centered and humanistic. My focus involves the ways in which individuals perceive themselves rather than therapeutic interpretation. Together, lets create a safe environment in which the journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance leads to growth and healing. The best investment we can make in life is in ourselves.
