I work with adults navigating grief, loss, life transitions, and the emotional impact of profound change, as well as those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and hypervigilance. The death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, changes in health or identity, or the loss of a future you thought you were moving toward often show up in the nervous system as overwhelm, numbness, anxiety, or exhaustion. Many people are surprised by how pervasive and disorienting grief can be. I work in layers, attending to nervous-system regulation, family-of-origin imprints, coping skills, and the lived experience of neurodiversity.

Many people who work with me feel more grounded and less exhausted by old patterns. Most of my clients are smart, capable, and tired — worn down by anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, or the long shadow of growing up with emotionally immature caregivers. They’re often tired of being told to think positively, try harder, or just let it go.

You don’t need another space where you have to mask, manage, or explain yourself. I bring both clinical training and real-life experience into the room, as well as honesty, curiosity, and humor.
