A little about me-I have over 20 years experience in the medical field in which I gained experience in dealing with life transitions, grief, loss and other life changes, good and bad. I bring this perspective into my approach. I offer a space that is judgment- free and supportive.
I utilize a narrative approach in my work because I feel there is healing in telling your story. I have training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, as well as EMDR. I tailor my approach for each person. Whether you are struggling in your relationship or stuck reliving painful trauma, we can work to help you find ways to heal and grow.
Some of my specialties include loss and grief, relationship problems, trauma, life transitions, parenting issues, & social anxiety. I work from a relational approach with couples and individuals, coming from a place of encouragement and positivity so my hope is that you always feel like you have someone in your corner, and feel understood and seen.
