My focus is on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, mood disorders, and trauma. My background includes work in private practice, forensic settings, and integrated outpatient care, where I have supported individuals with complex mental health and co-occurring challenges. I am especially passionate about increasing access to care, reducing stigma, and providing culturally responsive services, including Spanish-speaking support for diverse communities.

My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing to help you build insight and develop practical tools for change.
