Maybe that meant hiding your needs, dulling your sensitivity, or putting everyone else first. And you're tired. Tired of performing, tired of questioning your worth, tired of feeling like too much and not enough all at once.
I work with people who’ve spent years earning love through self-erasure, shaped by family dynamics, rigid beliefs, chronic illness, or complex trauma. In therapy, we explore who you became to survive and begin to address the patterns and wounds still affecting you. Using EMDR and parts work, I help you reconnect with, honor, and begin to love your true self.
My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I believe the therapy space should feel like a soft place to land — where you don’t have to be good, or perfect, or put together. Just human.
