Recovery Coach Training
The MK Center's Recovery Coach Training is 46 hour, Texas Department of State Health Services certified and approved training. The purpose of the Recovery Coach Training is to train and certify qualified participants as Peer Recovery Coaches to work as staff and volunteers with people with substance use disorders and mental health problem. These individuals serve as coaches to those who are work toward addressing some of the challenges in their lives. Individuals who have recovered from similar problems have proven to be great advocates for people in early recovery.
