With over 20 years of experience, I have been trained in individual therapy, group counseling, crisis intervention, and grief therapy. Some areas of experience and interest include anxiety, sleep/insomnia issues, grief/loss, trauma, women’s issues, couples therapy, co-parenting issues, work/life balance, coping skills, self-esteem, and depression.
