I have experience providing therapy to a diverse population and supervising mental health counseling student interns in a community outpatient clinic.
I primarily work with women experiencing depressive symptoms, anxiety, and a history of past/present traumatic events that are causing disruptions to the client's day to day life and their relationships. I utilize CBT, Psychodynamic, and Trauma-informed psychotherapies to provide clients with different tools to begin improving their circumstances.
