I have experience and education providing LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodiversity with an affirmative space to feel seen and heard. I offer ways to shift from shame/low self-esteem lifestyle to a happy/high self-esteem lifestyle through effective communication strategies, implementing coping skills, and introducing patience into your healing journey.
As your therapist, We can work on creating a better relationship with yourself and therefore, others. I can help you through your process by affirming your wants, needs, and feelings. Sometimes we just need to gather in community, with others likes us, and just connect away from common stressors. This virtual group will meet bi-weekly and is led by a provisionally licensed marriage and family therapist and provisionally licensed professional counselor. Each session will include psychoeducation on common mental health issues (family, social rejection, self-esteem, resilience, anxiety, depression, intimacy, relationships, etc) and an open discussion support group.
