Trauma survivors often seek relief from a fragmented sense of self, striving to recover and integrate their experiences. Couples come to me feeling distant, unheard, or stuck in repetitive conflicts, longing to rebuild trust, intimacy, and understanding. Together, we can work toward healing, connection, and a renewed sense of safety and purpose.
I am trained in the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), which helps trauma survivors by processing their pain in a safe container, integrate dissociated experiences, and find meaning in what happened. With couples, I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which seeks to break cycles of conflict and rebuild trust, intimacy, and secure attachment.
