About
I serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients including children as young as zero to school aged. I also provide behavior intervention, individual, couples and group therapy for adolescents and adults, which would also include parenting classes.
I have been clinically trained and certified in trauma focused and evidence based practices such as Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Seeking Safety, Managing and Adaptive Practices (MAP) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
I work collaboratively with my clients as I provide support and practical feedback to help them effectively address life challenges. With compassion, empathy and understanding, I work to help identify and build on client strengths and attain the personal growth and healing that they are committed to achieving.
