I'm a graduate of the University of Illinois and Western Michigan University. I have been affiliated with the Center for the Treatment of Depression and the Neuro-Behavioral Center. I'm certified in REBT and use a cognitive behavioral approach.
I have experience in issues of domestic violence, relationship problems, substance abuse, disabilities, adjustment disorders as well as anxiety and depression. My practice focuses on assisting adults in identifying their own strengths towards experiencing a more satisfying and healthier life.
