Growing up comes with challenges, and no one is meant to navigate them alone. I have a strong passion in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, supporting them as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and big emotions. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and challenges related to identity and relationships. My approach is collaborative, developmentally appropriate, and tailored to each client’s unique strengths and goals. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels safe and grounded in trust.
As a therapist working towards full licensure, I work under the clinical supervision of R. Allie Coughlin, LPC-MHSP. I offer appointments Monday to Thursday for both in person and virtual sessions for a reduced rate of $85 per session, as well as accept Aetna and Cigna insurances.
