About
I work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulty managing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I implement coping tools to allow these clients to better understand the nature of their triggers and how they can effectively manage their often distressing feelings and behaviors. I encourage clients to be active participants in their own lives by setting goals for themselves which include how they would like to feel and how they wish to engage with the world around them.
I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD and other trauma disorders, body image disorders, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. I encourage the client to take control and determine how they would like to feel so we can establish a strong working relationship.
If you are experiencing mental health symptoms which cause you to feel distressed or as if you are not living your best life, I encourage you to reach out to determine if I can assist you in becoming the optimal version of yourself.
