I work with adolescents, young adults, couples, adults, and families who are struggling with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and addiction. I am trauma trained in modalities including EMDR, and am master trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have experience working in eating disorder and addiction recovery treatment centers. I also utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
