We can also notice how your ways of being in the world were useful to you in the past, how they are still useful, and how those ways may no longer help or feel true to who you are now.
I have fifteen years of experience as a teacher, and twenty years of experience leading mindfulness and spirituality practices with groups and individuals. I am also a poet and my work has appeared over the years in various literary publications.
