All are welcomed and I will work to create a safe space to allow a client to be their authentic self. Ideally a client will be open and honest about the reason for therapy and allow me to get to know the real them. As a starting point for a new client I will consider their Current Habits, Identify Their Goals, Identify Their Fears and identify what their most immediate needs are.

I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with eating disorders, trauma and abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety and stress, as they continue to navigate everyday challenges. I strongly believe in and cheer for the success of the clients I work with. I’m passionate about what I do and Invested in helping you develop skills needed for lasting changes

Through my own personal experiences I have learned the positive impact of therapy with the right person. My approach is non judgments with a focus on listening to learn how I can bets support you.
