I graduated from Psychology School in 1995 and since then have worked as a psychotherapist providing my services for individuals, couples, families and groups. In 2008 I obtained a Master's (M.Sc.) in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. Since then, I have been working under my LMFT #201365 license in Texas. Throuhgout all my years of professional experience my passion has been helping and supporting my clients while they overcome their challenges in their lives.
My approach is gentle and caring. I like to listen to my clients and try to understand where they are. We will work together to gain more understanding of the situation and acquire new tools to deal with daily challenges. You will learn new strategies to improve your communication, conflict de-escalation, anger management, parenting skills and more.
