I believe that learning to integrate different aspects of a person (mind, body, spirit, thoughts and emotions) paves the way to improved wellbeing. A major area in my service to others involves an inevitable part of the human experience: grief and loss, including pet loss. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Board Certified Coach, Acudetox Specialist (Texas Medical Board), Grief Specialist, EFT/TFT Tapping & Emotion Code Practitioner. I'm committed to collaborate with you as a guide by your side while you reach your wellness goals.
While death and divorce are at the top of the list, there are actually 40+ types of losses that lead to the pain and trauma of grieving. I can help you learn skills to move beyond the paralyzing pain of grief. Another focus of my work is supporting former members of cults or high control groups recover their sense of autonomy and spiritual self-agency.
If you are grieving a loss of any kind, please know you don’t have to grieve alone. I look forward to hearing from you. Additionally, I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner by Dr. Bradley Nelson. The Emotion Code is a holistic, complimentary energy-healing technique which aims to potentially offer a restoring of balance that may help people feel better.
