About
As a clinician, I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults who have anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, and learning disabilities. I find joy in helping my clients set goals and acquire skills to help them deal with their unique challenges. I have a passion for working with parents on enhancing their parenting skills by helping them understand their child’s development. Additionally, I work with young adults and adults who are experiencing an eating disorder, disordered eating, or body image issues. I enjoy helping clients improve how they relate to their body, food, and exercise.
I use an approach informed by the Zones of Regulation Curriculum, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and CBT. Additionally, I am a Connected Families Certified Coach who works with parents through a biblical framework that incorporates attachment and neuroscience.
I strive to form therapeutic relationships with my clients and their families that are built on trust, warmth, and connection. Please contact me for a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation or to schedule an appointment.
