Life can have difficult moments. Sometimes, those moments add up and can lead to difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that feel unmanageable. When our needs go unmet in relationship, work, and life, it can lead to deep pain and suffering. My philosophy on healing involves exploring the source of our challenges and resolving our unmet needs. Therapy can provide a space for you to identify and explore your unmet needs while learning tools to empower you to get your needs met in healthful and healing ways.
I have several years of experience as a music therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and eating disorders. As an associate therapist, I remain passionate about these issues. My priority is to cultivate a safe and compassionate space for you to feel seen, heard, and understood.
Healing is a process. When we understand and have compassion for the 'why' of our pain, we can develop deeper understanding of ourselves and discover the 'why' of our existence.
