You have already taken the biggest step by deciding to look for help and I would be honored to assist you in the next steps of your journey. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, maternal mental health, stress, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, and self esteem in adults.

I use a non-directive Person Centered Approach to counseling. At times, when a more directive approach is appropriate, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT).
