I work with adolescents & adults facing a variety of concerns, such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image issues, relational concerns, low self-worth, identity exploration, and spirituality exploration. Together, we’ll explore what works for you in order to build on your strengths and help you grow in your own way.
Therapy is meant to create a space that feels uniquely yours. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. While healing can be difficult, it can also be lighthearted and empowering at times, with laughter along the way as well. It’s truly an honor to walk alongside my clients as they uncover their strength and move toward the life they want.
