I practice psychodynamic Jungian informed psychotherapy and have over 35 years of life experience working with dreams, deep imagination, journaling, creative writing, and meditation. As a therapist, I use these and other lenses of psyche to help others transform the old patterns that run their lives so that they can find agency and claim who they truly are.
