I specialize in helping adults with OCD, PTSD & ADHD build emotional resilience, challenge fears & move forward with confidence by using evidence-based therapies like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Many of these tools have helped me, too.
