When we struggle with depression, anxiety, pain from the past, or traumatic stress, our relationships struggle too. Often the pain experienced in relationships with our loved ones is what drives us to find relief and solutions from the disconnect and disruption we are in the midst of. We don't just want to feel better, we want to be better: Better to ourselves, better to those we love. Engaging in therapy and neurofeedback is about looking for the solutions that will enable us to move beyond the obstacles and into the connections we really desire.
I am a graduate of The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Excelsior College. Prior to that, I served in the U.S. Air Force as a cryptolinguist. I have received specialized training in the treatment of PTSD, grief and loss and relationship problems.
I am also a Washington state approved clinical supervisor. Currently, I am in training to receive my Neurofeedback Certification through Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. If you would like to schedule a 20 minute consultation please email me to set up a time.
