I use a holistic lens, and work with modalities that help us understand your current experience by identifying what you are bringing forward from your past. We may use Ego State Interventions, Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
