In my practice I see clients struggling with symptoms of trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and behavioral concerns.
There is so much value in validating our beliefs and feelings while also learning new ways to view our issues and make positive changes. Helping people heal, break patterns and get unstuck is my specialty. I’m trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and take a more structured approach to client care.
