About
Many individuals and couples today suffer from infidelity, loss of intimacy, lack of communication, coping with the stress of daily life, boundary setting and difficulty balancing expectations. This seems to have heightened during the onset of Covid-19 and other current societal issues. It is easy to get discouraged or feel despair due to the lack of security and stability in the world or a relationship. The good news is, there is hope and healing for you and/or your spouse, don't put it off, get the help you need!
I use a variety of methods depending on the needs of the individual or couple. A few are: EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Ego State Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Solution-Focused and Emotion-Focused Therapies, which are great for helping couples to increase empathy, communication and intimacy.
I am a firm believer that each person holds the power of change within him/herself. I will provide an empathetic and judgement free space to help you gain insight and learn ways to reach your goals and potential. I am a caring therapist who desires to see positive improvement in my clients and I will work to help you attain a meaningful and fulfilling life.
