I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach to therapy, drawing from evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DPT), Narrative Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and others. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs and strengths.
