If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or eating issues, I would love to help you! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio with 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. For many of those years, I worked in a community mental health setting and developed an expertise in helping people with anxiety and depression. I also have a health coaching background and have spent the last several years helping women with various eating and weight issues, such as emotional eating and overeating.
I provide a warm and non judgemental environment in which you can feel safe to explore these sensitive issues. I use a combination of evidence based approaches to help you develop new skills and coping strategies so that you can feel a sense of control and confidence.
