I have been extensively trained in Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Mindfulness, My clients learn to release self-defeating beliefs and behavior patterns, gain insight, and approach themselves with curiosity, compassion, and deep acceptance. My style is active, warm, engaged, and flexible.
