I specialize in helping high-functioning individuals navigate trauma, performance anxiety, and emotional regulation. In therapy, we focus on enhancing clarity, supporting recovery, and strengthening healthier relationships. This process supports emotional stability, grounded decision-making, and a deeper sense of internal certainty so you feel grounded.
My work is shaped by lived experience and clinical training. Raised in the Crenshaw area, I learned early how to stabilize anxiety and project confidence under pressure. I am a UCLA and University of Michigan alumnus and former minister of ten years specializing in trauma informed therapy. I offer limited openings for private pay clients in Beverly Hills.
