I am currently full and not accepting new clients. Welcome to Knowledge of Therapeutic Services! A psycho therapeutic practice with the sole mission of meeting you where you are and supporting you on your journey to psychological, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. I work with a wide array of clients who have experienced setbacks from exposure to trauma, grief, and life stressors. Wherever you are on your trauma recovery journey, my goal is to help you face the past, heal the present, and create your best quality life for the future.
I specialize in working with individuals who suffer from traumatic stress, traumatic grief, and family/community violence. My approach is to help you become knowledgeable of the impact of trauma on your life, with the ultimate goal of regaining your sense of empowerment and purpose. So that you may strive and thrive past trauma.
In addition to talk therapy and coping skills, I offer trauma focused yoga/expressive therapy services, as another treatment modality to help you holistically live your life through physical expression and creativity. I also provide forensic psychological services including evaluations, consultation, and expert testimony for juvenile and adult court cases.
