My practice promotes individuality. Sessions revolve around each client’s goals. As an LMSW I have a background in clinical mental health counseling and social work. I work (and live) with a strengths-based and solution-focused mindset that I hope to share with clients to promote self-esteem, motivation, and hope for the future.
