Are you struggling with depression, anxiety or trauma? Are you feeling sad or grieving a loss. Are there problematic patterns keeping you stuck? Are you having difficultly finding motivation or the tools to make changes? You are not alone and I can help. I have been working with individuals and families for over 25 years with positive results. I create a compassionate and emotionally safe environment where we will begin your journey. I will listen to your story and together we will work through the beliefs that create limitations. I will help you develop strategies and a daily practice to improve your life.
Each person's journey is unique and the course of therapy will be paired to your needs. Methodology may include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment or family system theory. I engage EMDR and Brain Spotting as techniques to help you move through stuck points. We may utilize Ketamine assisted psychotherapy if appropriate.
We all go through times of feeling alone and disconnected. Loneliness, feelings of depression and anxiety are common. At these times it is important to reach out for help. Together we will work to help you change the patterns that keep you stuck.
