I am a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With a non-judgmental approach and a focus on fostering self-awareness, I provide a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and develop healthier coping strategies. My work over the past thirteen years in mental health has been varied, providing a broad spectrum of experiences with mental and emotional disorders. Exposure to cases involving depression, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, obsessive thinking, complex grief, traumatic memories and neurodivergent characteristics have grown me into a compassionate therapist.
I will assist you in developing specific strategies for managing ADHD symptoms such as difficulty with focus, organization, memory, impulsivity, executive functioning skills, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I will explore any underlying stressors or unresolved trauma-related issues that may be contributing to your challenges with ADHD.
